Shipping
Every order ships from our fulfilment facility in the United States.
- Processing: typically 1–3 business days
- Transit: typically 5–10 business days within the US
- Free shipping on US orders over $50. Below that, the rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
You'll get a tracking number by email once the order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to start showing updates — a tracking number that says nothing on day one is normal.
We don't ship on weekends or US holidays.
Returns — the 30-day guarantee
Use it for up to 30 days from delivery. If it hasn't earned a place in your routine, message us for a full refund of the purchase price — including if the bottle is empty.

One message through the Contact page with your order number is the whole process. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 2–5 business days of confirmation.
The part we'd rather say out loud
Thirty days is shorter than the window these ingredients actually need. Botanicals are evaluated over months, and joint support is slower still — if you notice anything from MOVE, it's more likely at week ten than week four.
So you will usually be making the refund decision before the formula has had its full run. That is a real gap and we're not going to pretend it isn't one. Every product page prints its own honest window next to the day-30 decision point, so you can see exactly where the two don't line up.
What we won't do is quote a longer number we're counting on you never using. An empty bottle is honored here — a guarantee that only covers unopened bottles is a guarantee designed not to be used.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you. This is separate from the 30-day guarantee and doesn't use it up.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save is opt-in. Every product page defaults to a one-time purchase — you have to choose the subscription for it to apply.
It's 25% off, shipped monthly, with no minimum number of orders. Cancel any time from your account or by messaging us through the Contact page. No phone call, no retention script, and nothing on this site is locked behind a subscription.
Addresses and lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipping fee.
If a package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, tell us. We'll help you file a carrier claim and we'll work it out with you rather than pointing at the tracking page.
